Buti Yoga with Amber
BUTI is a soulful blend of yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics. Derived from the Marathi word Buti
meaning “the cure to something hidden or kept secret,” the goal of Buti is to empower women to
transform their bodies, minds, and spirits through challenging movements that translate into self-love, confidence and self-awareness.

Partner Stretching Class with Wendy O’Lenic
WendyFit Yoga & Pilates – Palm Harbor
Bring a friend, spouse, child or pair up with another student to enjoy a unique and active yoga experience! We combine the fun of partner yoga with relaxing Thai massage for an easy and invigorating practice anyone can do. Learn stretching and massage techniques that can be done with your significant other, family members or friends. The Thai yoga has been called “Lazy Man’s Yoga” because of the way your partner moves your body into the poses while you get to lay peacefully enjoying all the benefits.
Easy Fun Flow Yoga with Kasia Kowalski
House of Light Yoga – Spring Hill
Based on traditional yoga postures, class will start with gentle stretches, few sun salutations then a
serpentine of standing postures linked with vinyasa in between then down to seated postures and
shavasana. We will conclude our practice with pranayama practice to set off your evening.
