Amber Roberge is a BUTI yoga teacher providing workshops in the Tampa Bay area and beyond. BUTI is a soulful blend of yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics. Kaleigh Duncan provides yoga classes for adults and children in the Tampa Bay area. T U N E in. Let G O. L I V E your truth. In this class we will tune inwards to our true selves (our breath) to fluidly pair movement with breath. 2:00 PM: Laughter Yoga Class With DJ Cage

Laughter Yoga involves stretching, deep breathing, laughter exercises, and meditation. A single exercise routine which can reduce physical, emotional and mental stress, and help bring emotional balance. It boosts the immune system, reduces the risk of many diseases, and releases oxytocin, the “empathy hormone”, which bonds us as individuals and groups. Developed in India by a Medical Doctor, Dr. Madan Kataria, who asked himself, “If laughter is the best medicine, why am I not using it?” Cage was trained by one of Dr. Kataria’s protege’s right here in the Bay area, and has brought his class to corporate and private clients, but most important to him, cancer survivor support groups. 3:00 PM:  Funky Flow Yoga with Missy White

Missy White is an E-RYT 500, the owner of Studio 108 Yoga and Holistic Healing and the creator of the 108 Asana series. Internationally recognized for her passionate teaching skills and her dynamic and innovated sequencing, Missy travels the globe teaching her signature Funky Flow and Float Master Class as well as The 108 Asanas Practice and Workshop that she created. Missy began practicing in 1999 and in many ways credits yoga for saving her life.
