All Food & Products, Must be Vegan!
Cooking Rules

Food Cooking Vendors have to pay particular attention to bring full tanks of propane since you’re not allowed to change out tanks. Also note the length of the supply line is 5ft & the tank must be on top of a milk crate.

Cooking vendors should also have a 2A-10BC or K fire extinguisher.
Food Trucks
-
There will be 8 Food Trucks (Any assigned FT1-8 will line up on a first-come-first-served with 10feet between Food Trucks) curbside and 2 Specific Food Trucks (FT9 & FT10) will be the grassy area.

All Food Trucks should check out the curb beforehand to understand how to align the truck to face the sidewalk.
Generators

All generators must not be loud or else it makes it very difficult to hear either customers or vendors.
Please Note the Tent Requirements:
Each tent is required to have tent weights on each leg.
Please add “40 pounds” in front of weights on each leg.
Numbered ID Flags indicate the Front Left Leg of your tent
Each tent is required to have 40 pounds of tent weights on EACH leg (total = 160lbs)
If you purchased two or more booths, you cannot join the tents since each tent should be at least 2 feet apart.
If I am a food vendor and NOT a food truck do I need a Certificate of Insurance?
According to the City of Tampa- No, the insurance requirements listed on the food truck checklist apply specifically to food trucks and do not automatically apply to all other food vendors.
Are there any requirements, restrictions or policies regarding food vendor and the use of food serving materials?
While we do not have any specific requirements for the use of paper products, we prefer plastic use is minimalized. Compostable or recyclable is also preferred, but not a requirement.
Restrictions – No Styrofoam or glass in the park, per the City of Tampa.
For beverages, vendors cannot sell glass containers.
The only glass allowed is if a vendor is serving a paper cup or plastic from a glass container that stays in the vendor’s booth. Glass cannot be left behind in the garbage; the vendor must dispose of it. Glass is recyclable in the City of Tampa.
Are animals allowed to be at vendor booths?
No animals are allowed due to concern for their safety. Bring lots of photos/videos to illustrate your sanctuary, rescue or organization.
Vendors should be attentive and polite to their neighbors.
