Tampa Bay VegFest & Triangle VegFest reserve the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion. Each volunteer must submit an individual application and all volunteers must be 15 years of age or older.

As a volunteer, you agree that you will indemnify, defend and — hold harmless — FVA and TVF, their officers, agents, employees and other volunteers from (responsible for) any and all claims, injuries, losses or damages including attorney’s fees to you or any personal property that you may sustain while participating at this event.
